„Ein Juwel in Salento

Ausgezeichnet Lage mit Blick auf nach Salento auslaufende Tal Cocora. Leckeres traditionelles kolumbianisches Frühstück, Kaffee aus Emaillebechern, wie sie früher auf kolumbianischen Fincas benutzt wurden. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Aussicht von der Frühstücks Terrasse. Abendessen im eigenen Restaurants.

Nichts. Man sollte aber an Regen Kleidung und etwas warme Kleidung für die Abendstunden denken, da Salento auf 2000 m Höhe liegt.

„Traumhafter Ausblick und hervorragender Service

Der Service war eine 10/10! Wir wurden früher als geplant ins Zimmer gelassen, worüber wir nach einer langen Nacht im Bus sehr dankbar waren. Einmal wurde uns nachmittags ein Maracuyatee aufs Zimmer gebracht, ohne Aufforderung. Der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft! Die Betten sind auch sehr bequem und das Essen ist lecker.

Wir hatten das Zimmer oberhalb der Rezeption, was leider etwas hellhörig ist. Wir konnten das Personal und die Gäste unten in der Lobby hören.

„Atemberaubend

Die Lage ist atemberaubend! Der Blick in gewisser Weise aufs und ins Valle de Cocora hinein ist sagenhaft. Insbesondere beim hervorragenden Frühstück kann man seinen Blick kaum abwenden.

Im Grunde gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Die Kleinigkeiten im Zimmer sind nicht der Rede wert.

Es un lugar hermoso, todo me encanto, el servicio, la atención, la comida, pero el paisaje se lleva el premio, excelentes instalaciones. De las personas más amables que me tocaron.

Quizá un poco la señal wifi, pero no necesitas el Internet teniendo esos paisajes.

We truly loved our stay at Hotel Kawa and are so pleased that we chose to stay there over anywhere in Salento town. The location is incredible and it felt like a true mountainside retreat - definitely one of our favourite hotel stays in Colombia

Amazing place! Amazing staff! Great hospitality!

The property was located in a great place, not far from cocoa valley and it was a beautiful location

The property was very cozy and well presented. The only thing was they didn’t have 2 single or double beds in one room. I think it’s more of a couple place but me and my friends was traveling together so they gave us a room with a double and a sofa bed. Other than that it was great.

A little stay in paradise

We debated staying here because it is the most expensive place we stayed in Colombia, but it was so worth it. The views!! The relaxing atmosphere, comfortable cabins, and the amazing staff all combined to provide a luxury experience that left us feeling rested and relaxed. The food and drinks were also top notch. I highly recommend treating yourself to a few days here.

Our cabin was at the top of a *steep* hill... Just an FYI that it's not that accessible if you have reduced mobility.

It was within walking distance from salento without being in the middle of the town so it was quiet and had the best view!

It would be nice to be able to have a cocktail any time of the day.

Best hotel in Colombia!

The location is top tier, the food is amazing, and the available activities were excellent. Luis checked us in and was a great host. He offered us an extra blanket and a heater for the night. He told us he could arrange a ride for us to get back from town if we wanted. We did the full day activity plan, and Yeiner was our guide. He told us all about the history of cocora Valley and went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. The town felt very safe and there was more to do than we had time for. We did the horse ride tour to the coffee farm and learned a lot about the processes of harvesting and preparing coffee. The horses were happy and well cared for. The room was as beautiful as the view, and the bathroom was large and stunning. I want to make Kawa hotel my go-to vacation spot. The whole staff was amazing, even the dog, Jacinta. Honestly I don't want anyone else to know about this hotel because I want to keep it a secret!

I wish we would have booked more nights.

Absolutely loved staying here. The views and scenery were breathtaking, the food was super tasty, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. It was super quick and easy to get into town. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Stunning, relaxing environment

The views are breath taking. Comfortable rooms with balcony. Food at the hotel is delicious but I also highly recommend Maji by Ceron in Salento. Staff are very helpful and will assist in organising tours. Do take an early morning walk around the property with Johnny - a treat!

Everything, imagine yourself in the middle of a jungle in the mountains, surrounded by the most luxuriant nature. True paradise and such an amazing place after the constant noise of Cartagena and Medellín. Best place I have stayed in Colombia. The staff is absolutely charming, the food is exquisite. Talking about the room, it feels like home. I loved the fact there is no TV, and that everything in the room is harmonious. The hot tub outside is great after a day walking in the rain. I only wish I could have stayed longer … (still dreaming about that warm and comforting welcome drink ) thank you so much for this wonderful experience.

Endroit très agréable et très joli avec une vue magnifique. Le personnel est au petit soin. Possibilité de venir en voiture jusqu’à l’hôtel mais également possibilité d’aller à pied au centre ville de Salento par un autre petit chemin. Tout était parfait Merci

« Oasis à Salento »

Hôtel coup de cœur, un oasis perché dans les hauteurs de Salento. Il n’y a absolument rien à redire sur l’endroit, la chambre. Et je dirais même que cet hôtel se distingue par son service d’excellence er son personnel. N’hésitez pas dîner chez eux, le dîner était vraiment top. Par contre, n’oubliez pas de prendre un pijama bien chaud, il peut faire froid dans les bugalows.
